BOEHNER: OUTED CLASS WARRIOR

Wha' say we FIX Social Security, and here's how.
February 1. 2011 ~ John Boehner, House Speaker, said on Fox News Sunday that congress could "fix" Social Security by

1. Raising the age of eligibility
   
2. End cost of living increases, and
   
3. "Means test" eligible recipients.

The effective date of an act of congress to alter the date of eligiblilty should be set far into the future (which would be no immediate "fix" for the current economic depression).

Lookie here! Obama snuffed SocSec Cost of Living (COLA} increases two years ago, even though costs of food, fuel, and other necessities keep on moving on up.

To tinker with the amount of SocSec benefits via a "means test" is to indulge in class warfare and to break an unsordid Social Security contract made by Franklin D. Roosevelt, lo, these many years past.

This guy Boehner, "Sniveling John", will make me a voting-abstainer.
