WASHINGTON: NO CROWN


After the Revolutionary War, Congress wanted Washington to be King. Washington refused, saying he did not fight to exchange one king for another.

Believes the Myth of Lincoln:
There he sits, enthroned.


MY COMMENT:
Lincoln thrust the heel of the Federal Government harshly on the necks of the once-sovereign states.
