Harry Greb fought over three hundred bouts and became the middle weight champion of the world. He fought comers that included Gene Tunney (three times), Maxie Rosenbloom, and Mickey Walker.

Other opponents were Gunboat Smith, Billy Miske, and Kid Graves.

Harry Greb died coming out of anesthesia for a tooth problem. An autopsy revealed he was blind in one eye and had reduced vision in the other.
